Cookie policy
Effective November 2, 2026. Applies to https://stutklit.cfd/.
What this page covers
stutklit uses this page to explain the small amount of storage the Claude field guide places on your browser, and the notices that accompany it. The site is a content guide. It is not an advertising network. The practical question is whether a banner you already answered should keep appearing, and what “Accept all” actually switches on. The broader account of email addresses and hosting logs is in the privacy policy. The rules for using the text are in the terms of use.
The consent banner
A bar at the bottom of each page tells you that stutklit can store a preference so the bar stays dismissed. The button is labeled Accept all. Choosing it writes a value in local storage. The script that runs the banner is part of the site’s own file, not a tag from an ad exchange. If you do nothing, the bar remains, and no preference is written. Reading an article does not require you to press the button. The guide is visible either way.
The cookie_notification key
The preference is stored under the key cookie_notification. The value is a short marker such as all or denied. It is not an account identifier, not an email address, and not a history of which chapters you opened. Technically this marker lives in local storage rather than in a classic HTTP cookie. Browsers and privacy laws sometimes discuss both under the everyday word “cookie,” so this policy names the mechanism plainly. The marker is first-party. It is read by the same site that wrote it, stutklit.cfd, so the banner can stay hidden on a later visit from the same browser.
stutklit does not use that marker to decide which paragraph you see. There is no personalization of the field guide based on it. There is no retargeting pixel tied to the button. Accept all, on this site, means “remember that I dismissed the notice.” It does not mean stutklit may drop a stack of advertising cookies, because those cookies are not part of the pages.
What stutklit does not set
The guide does not ship third-party advertising cookies, social plugins that track reading, or analytics suites that build a cross-site profile. Fonts may be requested from a font provider when a page loads. That request can include an IP address under the provider’s own policy. If you block it, the text still loads in a fallback typeface. The newsletter form sends only the address you type, and only when you submit it.
Server logs are not the banner
The host that serves https://stutklit.cfd/ may keep a standard log of requests: IP address, user agent, URL, and time. That log is a server record, not a cookie you can clear from the banner. It is described in the privacy policy, kept for operations and security, and not used to sell a profile. Clearing site data in your browser does not delete a log already written on the server. You can ask about a specific request by emailing [email protected]. stutklit may not be able to isolate one ordinary page view inside a short-lived log, and will say so.
How to withdraw or reset
To see the banner again, remove the site’s local storage for stutklit.cfd in your browser settings, or clear site data for this host. The next page load will show the notice, because the cookie_notification key will be gone. You can also refuse future optional storage by not pressing Accept all. The guide does not currently set a separate optional analytics cookie, so there is no second switch hiding in an account page. If that ever changes, this policy will name the new item and the banner will be updated before the item is used.
Blocking storage will not break the articles. It only brings the notice back.
